Olympus ha annunciato l'uscita di una versione speciale della sua Olympus PEN E-PL9, fotocamera Mirrorless Micro 4/3 molto venduta nel mercato asiatico, completamente blu in edizione limitata.
Olympus PEN E-PL9 presenta un sensore micro 4/3 Live MOS con una risoluzione di 16 megapixel, affiancato al processore d’immagine TruePic VIII. La sensibilità si estende da ISO 200 a ISO 6400, espandibili a ISO 100 e ISO 25600.
E' inoltre dotata di un sistema di stabilizzazione del sensore a 3 assi con una compensazione di 3,5 stop, che consente di stabilizzare foto e video indipendentemente dall’obiettivo montato.
Il sistema di messa a fuoco della Olympus PEN E-PL9 utilizza 121 punti a rilevazione di contrasto (e non purtroppo a rilevazione di fase). Una novità interessante è la presenza di un flash integrato a scomparsa, non presente nei modelli precedenti.
Sul retro troviamo un display LCD di 3 pollici, ribaltabile, touchscreen e con una risoluzione di 1,04 milioni di pixel. Come già detto sopra, la nuova Olympus PEN E-PL9 può riprendere video in 4K fino a 30 fotogrammi al secondo con un bitrate di 102 Mbps. In alterntiva si può optare per il Full HD fino a 30 fps o per il 720p fino a 120 fps.
La nuova Olympus PEN E-PL9 sarà messa sul mercato in edizione super limitata (non si sa ancora in quanti pezzi) e avrà un costo che si aggirerà attorno agli 800 euro.
